Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Wakil Presiden baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian statistis parametrik ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang kemudian pengolahan datanya diproses dengan program SPSS 21. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 82 pegawai dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala likert; terdiri dari 65 pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi yang mendukung masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh paling dominan ditunjukkan oleh variabel motivasi kerja. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil The objective of the study is to determine and to analise the impact of training variable, working motivation and organisational culture towards the performance of government employees in the Office the Secretary of Vice President, partially and simultaneously. This parametric statistic method of study applies multiple linier regretion analytic quantitative design which the data is processed by applying SPSS 21 program. The sample for the study is 82 staff and it uses structured questionaire with likert scale. 65 questions are composed based on indicator and dimension that support every variable of study. The study shows that training, working motivation and cultural organisation simultaenously have significant impact on employees performance.
