Abstract
The oven machine is a tool for the drying process to shorten the time. At this time, general industries that require a drying process will choose an oven machine as the drying medium, the use of an oven machine for drying will certainly increase production costs, because the use of an oven machine uses electrical energy to generate heat energy. Thereefore it is necessary to measure the thermal efficiency of the machine in order to know the extent of the energy loss process in the oven machine. To be able to determine the efficiency of the machine, research was carried out using quantitative methods, including problem identification, field observations, observations and data collection. The results of the search for the efficiency of the oven machine obtained an oven model with dimensions of 10.57 m long, 1.9 m wide and 0.58 m high.
