Abstract

The queue is an activity where the violators wait to get service. In queue systems sometimes have problems, problems arise due to the number of queues served. Long queues occur due to the many transactions against the retrieval of violators. This study was conducted at the West Jakarta District attorney about the pickup counter which aims to determine the effectiveness of the queue system at the location by retrieving data about the average time of arrival Violators, waiting times of violators in the system and average time of service violators. As samples were taken 3 working days with the population in peak hours or crowded at 07.47-09.47 WIB. This research uses two methods of control that is the method "What-if Analysis" for the solution of the length of the waiting time for offenders, as well as the method of queuing as an alternative control. From the results of the hypothesis test was obtained that the arrival of violators at the West Jakarta state Attorney distributed Poisson and the time the service of the violator distribution General with FIFO rules and the capacity of systems and resources are not limited. So, according to Kendall's notation, the queuing system follows the M/G/C model. Based on data processing results The optimal number of counters required to serve violators in the retrieval of ticketed files is 2 counters without applying a limited queue system and a double service line queue system. Keywords: Queueing Method, What-if analysis, counters, FIFO. Antrian adalah suatu aktifitas di mana pelanggar menunggu untuk mendapatkan layanan. Dalam sistem antrian terkadang mengalami masalah, masalah muncul karena banyaknya antrian yang dilayani. Antrian panjang terjadi karena banyaknya transaksi terhadap pengambilan berkas tilang oleh pelanggar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Negeri Jakarta Barat mengenai Loket pengambilan berkas tilang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan sistem antrian di lokasi tersebut dengan mengambil data mengenai waktu rata-rata kedatangan pelanggar, waktu tunggu pelanggar dalam sistem dan waktu rata-rata pelayanan pelanggar. Sebagai sampel diambil 3 hari kerja dengan populasi pada jam-jam sibuk atau ramai pada pukul 07.47-09.47 WIB. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode pengendalian yaitu metode “What-if Analysis” untuk solusi dari lamanya waktu tunggu pelanggar, serta metode antrian sebagai alternative pengendalinya. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa kedatangan pelanggar di Kejaksaan Tinggi Negeri Jakarta Barat berdistribusi Poisson dan waktu pelayanan pelanggar berdistribusi General dengan aturan FIFO dan kapasitas system serta sumber yang tak terbatas. Sehingga, menurut notasi Kendall, sistem antrian mengikuti model M/G/c. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data Jumlah loket yang optimal yang dibutuhkan untuk melayani pelanggar dalam pengambilan berkas tilang adalah 2 loket tanpa dengan menerapkan sistem antrian terbatas dan sistem antrian saluran tunggal pelayanan ganda.
