Abstract
Every workplace always has the risk of accidents. The amount of risk that occurs depends on the type of industry, technology and risk control efforts undertaken. The purpose of this study is to analyze the K3 system to be able to make a planning program for the procurement of personal protective equipment or K3 equipment conducted at PT. Prabu Mandiri Motor, one of the automated industries located in Jakarta. Data is taken from 2015 to 2018. This research uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The data of this study were obtained from interviews with the head of the relevant workshop. OHS implementation starts from hazard identification, assessment of risk levels and controlling risks. The results of calculations using the HIRARC method showed that the highest level of risk was accepted by the incident in July 2016 that resulted in injury to the eye due to metal splashes when using welding with a percentage of 7.1%. Accidents due to work in this company are caused by the safety system and work accidents in this company are still not optimal due to risk control such as administrative control, engineering control, machine users, materials and processes in this industrial environment and the use of personal protective equipment is still not properly fulfilled. Keyword : HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control), Work Accident, Safety Equipment, Hazard, Risk. Setiap tempat kerja selalu mempunya risiko terjadinya kecelakaan. Besarnya risiko yang terjadi tergantung dari jenis industri, teknologi serta upaya pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sistem K3 untuk dapat membuat program perencanaan untuk pengadaan alat pelindung diri atau peralatan K3 yang dilakukan pada PT. Prabu Mandiri Motor, salah satu industry otomatif yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Data yang diambil dari tahun 2015 hingga 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak kepala bengkel terkait. Implementasi K3 dimulai dari identifikasi bahaya, penilaian tingkat risiko dan melakukan pengendalian risiko. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode HIRARC didapatkan bahwa tingkat risiko tertinggi diterima oleh kejadian pada bulan Juli 2016 yang mengakibatkan cidera pada mata yang dikarenakan percikan logam saat menggunakan las dengan presentase 7,1%. Kecelakaan akibat kerja di perusahaan ini disebabkan dari sistem keselamatan dan kecelakaan kerja di perusahaan ini masih belum maksimal dikarenakan pengendalian risiko seperti administrative control, engineering control, pengguna mesin, bahan dan proses dilingkungan industri ini serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri masih kurang terpenuhi dengan baik.
