Abstract

An IT helpdesk is software or a system that helps users solve their problems in several ways. users to resolve issues, track their issues, and get help with existing services. In carrying out administrative processes, office work, cannot be separated from the use of IT, so that if there are problems or problems with IT equipment, they definitely need help from the IT department. Departments that report problems, issues and breakdowns often don't know how long their issues will take to follow because the job queue process is not clearly visible so it seems slow. The purpose of this research is to develop an IT Helpdesk base on web system to make fault reporting and monitoring repair work. The result of this research is a system that can be used by the IT department to help monitor incoming tasks and work. Keyword : : Helpdesk, IT, Web. Helpdesk IT adalah software atau sistem yang membantu user memecahkan masalah mereka melalui beberapa cara. Memungkinkan pengguna untuk menyelesaikan masalah, melacak masalah mereka, dan mendapat bantuan mengenai layanan yang ada. Dalam melaksanakan proses administrasi, pekerjaan kantor, tidak lepas dari penggunaan IT, sehingga jika ada kendala atau masalah terhadap perangkat IT pasti memerlukan bantuan dari departement IT. Departemen yang melaporkan kendala, masalah dan kerusakan sering tidak tahu berapa lama masalah mereka akan ditangani karena proses antrian pekerjaan tidak terlihat jelas sehingga terkesan lambat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem IT Helpdesk berbasis web untuk membuat pelaporan gangguan dan monitoring pekerjaan perbaikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan oleh departemen IT dalam membantu memonitor tugas dan pekerjaan yang masuk. Kata kunci : Helpdesk, IT, Web.
