Abstract
Supplier Selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative candidate factors. Supplier Selection can be categorized as a strategic activity since it will affect the quality of products which produced by the company. When producing Sample Shoes in Development Stage, it has so many obstacles related to the Supplier of leather material, such as material delay and spec deviations. In choosing a Supplier of leather material, decision makers are not based on objective criteria. The AHP method was chosen to solve the multi criteria selection-problem for the company. In building a hierarchical structure, Supplier selection criteria use the QCDFR model (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Responsiveness) in constructing other subcriteria. Thus, Judgment Sampling method is used in selecting the respondent due to specialization related to decision making in assessing raw material Suppliers. Through the AHP method, the result is that the priority criteria in selecting a Supplier are the Cost criteria with a weight of 0.330 and the best Supplier is PT. Tong Hong with a weight of 0.405. Keywords : Supplier Selection, AHP, QCDFR Pemilihan Supplier merupakan permasalahan multi kriteria yang meliputi faktor-faktor yang bersidat kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pemilihan Supplier dapat dikategorikan sebagai aktivitas strategis karena akan berpengaruh pada kualitas produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Pada proses produksi sepatu sample Development stage terdapat banyak kendala terkait dengan Supplier material kulit, seperti delay material dan penyimpangan spesifikasi. Dalam memilih Supplier material kulit, para pengambil keputusan tidak berdasarkan pada kriteria-kriteria objektif. Metode AHP dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multikriteria pemilihan Supplier yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Dalam membangun struktur hirarki, kriteria pemilihan Supplier menggunakan model QCDFR (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Responsiveness) dalam membangun subkriteria lainnya dan dalam pemilihan samplenya digunakan teknik judgement sampling, dikarenakan spesialisasi terkait pengambilan keputusan dalam menilai Supplier bahan baku. Melalui metode AHP didapat hasil bahwa kriteria prioritas dalam pemilihan Supplier adalah kriteria Cost dengan bobot 0,33 serta Supplier terbaik adalah PT. Tong Hong dengan bobot 0,405.
