Abstract
With the development of the era, a building is required to have a universal function, where the function of a building can be used by various types of people in general, such as a building that facilitates people with disabilities so as not to hinder their movement in a building. Not only that, changes in the function of the building also often occur, for example the athlete's guesthouse which previously served as a resting place for athletes which has now turned into a shelter for Covid-19 patients to this day. That way we need a design that can solve these problems so that the building is suitable for use by various types of people such as people with disabilities, and also becomes a building that can be used by Covid-19 patients efficiently. Furthermore, the research problems that will be analyzed are: identifyingimportant factors for disability and also Covid-19 patients in increasing the effectiveness of the facility to suit their needs, and how the planning process will be carried out to build a good and safe design. for them. The research method used is qualitative, quantitative, and descriptive. From the results of the relevant analysis studied for this research problem. Through this research, a design that is universal and can be used by various types of people has been produced and has safety and effectiveness in the use of space for people with disabilities and Covid-19 patients. Keywords: Jakarta athlete guesthouse design, Universal design, Betawi, Disability, Athlete Semakin berkembangnya jaman sebuah bangun di haruskan untuk memiliki fungsi yang universal, yang mana fungsi sebuah bangunan dapat di gunakan oleh berbagai macam jenis orang pada umumnya, seperti sebuah bangunan yang memfasilitasi para disabilatas agar tidak menghambambat pergerakan mereka di dalam sebuah bangunan. Tak hanya itu perubahan fungsi bangunan pun kerap terjadi, sebagai contoh banguna wisma atlet yangtadi nya berfungsi sebagai tempat istrirahat para atlet yang kini berubah menjadi penampungan pasienCovid-19 hingga saat ini. Dengan begitu dibutuhkanya sebuah desain yang dapat memecahkan masalah tersebut hingga bangunan itu layak di gunakan olehberbgai macam jenis orang seperti para disabilitas, dan juga menjadi sebuah bangunan yangdapat di gunakan oleh pasienCovid-19 dengan efesien . Selanjutnya, peermasalahan penelitianyang akan di analisi, yaitu: mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penting bagi disabilitas dan juga pasien Covid-19 dalam meningkatkan ke efektifan fasilitas agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, dan bagaimana proses perencanaan yang akan di lakukan untuk membangun sebuah desain yang baik dan aman bagi mereka. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan ialah kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan deskriptif. Dari hasil analisi yang relefan yang dikaji untuk masalah penelitian ini. Melalui penelitian ini di hasilkan sebuah ke desain yang universal dan dapat di gunakan macam jenisorang dan memiliki keamanan dan efektifitas dalam pengunaan ruang bagi disabilitas dan pasien Covid-19.
