Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of marital satisfaction on a husband who do not have a boy in Batak Pride. The subjects used are husbands who do not have sons at the age of marriage above 5 years, with a total of four subjects. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive narrative approach. Narrative is a type of research whose findings focus on the study of an individual. The method used in this study is non-participatory observation method and open interview method with interview guidelines.. The results of this study indicate that the absence of sons can actually cause dissatisfaction in marriage in several aspects of marital satisfaction or marital satisfaction factors. Keyword : Marriage Satisfaction, Husband, Have Daughter, Batak, Sons Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kepuasan Pernikahan Pada Suami Yang Belum Memiliki Anak Laki – Laki Pada Suku Batak. Subjek yang digunakan adalah suami yang belum memiliki anak laki – laki diusia pernikahan diatas 5 tahun, dengan jumlah subjek empat orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif naratif. Naratif merupakan jenis penelitian yang temuannya berfokus pada kajian seorang individu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi non partispatif dan metode wawancara terbuka dengan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketidakhadiran anak ternyata dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dalam pernikahan dalam beberapa aspek kepuasan pernikahan atau faktor kepuasan pernikahan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pernikahan, Suami, Sudah Memiliki Anak Perempuan, Batak, Anak Laki-laki
