Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio leverage, rasio likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder dengan periode observasi 5 tahun. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, dimana dari semua perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 11.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan Fixed Effect merupakan model terbaik. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) rasio leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara parsial rasio leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, rasio likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Peranan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pengaruh leverage, rasio likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penguji secara simultan (uji f) menunjukkan secara bersama-sama penelitian ini yang terdiri rasio leverage, rasio likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage ratios, liquidity ratios, and firm size on firm value with profitability as the intervening variable. The population in this study are automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The research data is secondary data with an observation period of 5 years. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, where from all the automotive companies listed on the BEI selected based on certain criteria, 8 companies that reported their financial statements during the study period were selected. The data analysis method used is panel data regression which is processed using Eviews 11.0. Partial test results (t test) leverage ratio has a negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity ratios and firm size have no effect on profitability, while profitability and firm value have no significant effect. Partially the leverage ratio has a positive effect on firm value, liquidity ratios, and firm size have no significant effect on firm value. The role of profitability as an intervening variable is very important in increasing the effect of leverage, liquidity ratios, and firm size on firm value. Simultaneous test results (f test) show that together this study which consists of the leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, and firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
