Abstract

development information and technology in this era of globalization raises many complex competition in all areas of life, both public facing individuals and organizations or companies and in education, especially in the field of service which resulted in a holder of information important role in decision-making. Faculty of Computer Science Department of Information Systems University of Mercu Buana have several graduates who are reliable and competent in their fields, but in the implementation of Information Systems Task end is still done manually. Every lecturer and coordinator Final Project should be counted manually in providing an assessment of each student is doing the trial, this does not provide the ease of making judgments. With the calculations manually can still hinder the process of hearing assessment Final Project, so that time spent more should be done quickly. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to distribute the information to computerized information given is more accurate, efficient and fast in order to take a decision in realizing the goal .. So make an application at the Information Systems Task End Session using PHP and MySQL that will assist in data processing systematic. Key word : assessment trial, Faculty of Computer Science Department of Information Systems University of Mercu Buana, and PHP MySQL Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi di era globalisasi ini menimbulkan banyak sekali persaingan yang kompleks di dalam segala bidang kehidupan, baik yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat secara individu maupun organisasi atau perusahaan dan pendidikan khususnya yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa yang mengakibatkan informasi menjadi pemegang peranan penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Jurusan Sistem Informasi Universitas mercu buana memiliki beberapa lulusan yang handal dan berkompeten di bidangnya, namun Sistem Informasi dalam pelaksanaan Tugas Akhirnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Setiap dosen penguji dan koordinator Tugas Akhir harus menghitung secara manual dalam memberikan penilaian terhadap setiap mahasiswa yang melakukan sidang, hal ini tidak memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penilaian. Dengan perhitungan yang masih secara manual dapat menghambat proses penilaian sidang Tugas Akhir, sehingga waktu yang digunakan lebih banyak yang seharusnya dapat dilakukan secara cepat. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas, maka perlu informasi yang didistribusikan secara komputerisasi agar infomasi yang diberikan lebih akurat, efisien dan cepat guna untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.. Maka di buatlah suatu aplikasi Sistem Informasi Sidang Tugas Akhir dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL yang akan membantu dalam proses pengolahan data secara sistematis.
