Abstract
POSYANDU (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dilaksanakan oleh, dari dan bersama masyarakat , untuk memberdayakan dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat guna memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu, bayi dan anak balita. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, posyandu pun harus terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan tersebut. Posyandu Dahlia adalah salah satu unit kesehatan ibu dan anak. Dalam pelaksanannya, pengurus posyandu masih kesulitan untuk dapat membuat laporan secara cepat dan media penyimpanan data yang tidak aman. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu rancangan aplikasi monitoring perkembangan gizi dan tumbuh kembang balita yang terkomputerisasi pada posyandu dahlia. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah pengumpulan data, metode analisis dan metode perancangan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi monitoring ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan para pengurus untuk dapat membuat laporan secara efektif dan tepat waktu serta dapat menyimpan data secara aman. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Monitoring, Posyandu, Monitoring Posyandu, Imunisasi. POSYANDU (Integrated Service Post) is one form of Community Based Health Efforts (UKBM) carried out by, of and with the community, to empower and provide convenience to the public in order to obtain health care for mothers, infants and toddlers. With the development of technology, neighborhood health center must continue to adapt to these developments. Posyandu Dahlia is one of the maternal and child health unit. In doing so, the board neighborhood health center is still difficult to be able to generate reports quickly and data storage media that are not safe. Therefore we need a monitoring application design development toddler nutrition and growth and development of computerized on Posyandu dahlias. In this study, the research methods used by the authors is the collection of data, methods of analysis and design method using the programming language PHP and MySQL database. With the application of this monitoring is expected to make it easier for administrators to be able to make a report effectively and on time, and can store data securely.
