Abstract
This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Motivation and its implementation on Employee Performance. Respondents 92 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Compensation and Career Development both partially and simultaneously affect Motivation; (2) Compensation, Career Development and Motivation partially or simultaneously affect the Performance; (3) Motivation Mediates the Effects of Compensation on Performance and (4) Motivation does not mediate the Effects of Career Development on Performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to increase compensation, which has a positive correlation with motivation, it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of direct compensation and for motivation, the Higeinis Factor itself. To enhance Career Development that has a positive correlation with Motivation and Performance it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Training. Meanwhile, to improve work motivation, which has a positive correlation with performance, it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of Motivator Keywords: Performance, Motivation, Career Development, and Compensation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelas pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Motivasi dan implementasinya pada Kinerja karyawan. Responden 92 karyawan (seluruh populasi). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (software SmartPls 3.0) dan matrik korelasi antar dimensi(software SmartPls 3.0). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi; (2) Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja ; (3) Motivasi Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja dan (4) Motivasi tidak memediasi Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja. Berdasarkan analisis matrik korelasi antar dimensi, untuk meningkatkan Kompensasi, yang mempunyai korelasi positif dengan motivasi maka disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan dimensi-dimensi yaitu Kompensasi langsung dan untuk Motivasi yaitu Faktor Higeinis itu sendiri. Untuk meningkatkan Pengembangan Karir yang mempunyai korelasi positif dengan Motivasi dan Kinerja maka disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan dimensi-dimensi yaitu Pelatihan. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja yang mempunyai korelasi positif dengan Kinerja maka disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan dimensi-dimensi yaitu Motivator Kata kunci: Kinerja, Motivasi , Pengembangan karir, dan Kompensasi
