Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu industri otomotif yang sangat berkembang di Indonesia. Perusahaan berupaya mencapai kepuasan pelanggannya dengan cara menjaga kualitas produk yang diberikan. Kecacatan dalam suatu produk yang dihasilkan, sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan.. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi turunnya kualitas karena defect antara lain kondisi mesin, kualitas material atau bahkan dari segi keahlian operator. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan defect sehingga kedepannya faktor tersebut dapat diperbaiki. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengidentifikasi serta mencari akar dari permasalahaan yang timbul. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data pada bulan Juni sampai dengan September 2021. Dari penelitian yang akan dilakukan diperoleh data bahwa nilai rata-rata defect pada bulan Juni-September adalah 153 pada produksi mobil. Dari hasil penelitian maka didapatkan usulan tindakan dalam upaya meminimasi tingkat kegagalan pada proses Harnest Engine, Harnest Backdoor, HVCA dan pada proses Socket Lamp yaitu agar operator lebih teliti dalam proses assembling. Defects in a product that are produced, greatly affect the level of quality and customer satisfaction with the products produced. Factors that can affect the decline in quality due to defects include machine conditions, material or even in terms of operator expertise. This research was conducted to determine what factors cause defects so that in the future these factors can be improved. The method used in this study is the Failure Mode Effect Analysis The (FMEA) method to identify and research was conducted using find the root of the problems that arise. The data from June to September 2021. the research to be conducted, it was obtained data that the average defect value in June FromSeptember was 153 in car production. From the result so s of the research, it is obtained proposed actions in an effort to minimize the failure rate in the Harnest Engine, Backdoor Harnest, HVCA processes and in the Socket Lamp process, namely that operators are more thorough in the assembly process.
