Abstract
Overcurrent relays and fluctuating voltages are very important equipment to protect the electrical system from interference that can cause overcurrent and fluctuating voltages such as short circuits on the installation network, voltage drops or increases that exceed the working voltage limits of the equipment, and electrical energy usage that exceeds the capacity customer usage so that it can cause damage to equipment such as damage to the transformer, conductor damage and can expand the area outages. Overcurrent and fluctuating voltage relays can work with fast, flexible, not easily damaged, accurate in overcoming interference and designed with Arduinobased electronic circuits, this form of overcurrent protection and definite digital fluctuating voltage prototypes is designed using the TA12 type Current Sensor -100 as a detector of current and Voltage Sensor types of Single Phase ZMPT101B as a voltage detector and ATmega2560 microcontroller with a high precision trip time. With the setting current and voltage at the overcurrent relay and fluctuating voltage the definite characteristics are 1 Ampere and 2 Ampere, and the setting voltage is ± 5 Volt to ± 10 volts with a setting time delay of 2 to 4 seconds and load variations of 1.18 Ampere up to 2.7 Ampere, the results of the current reading in the tool compared to the reading on the ampere pliers percentage error is only 0.71%, the voltage reading is compared with the Volt Meter reading the percentage error is only 0.57%, as well as the trip time to terminate the PMT to average load - average error rate is only 0.40%. Keywords: Short circuit, Overcurrent relay, fluctuating voltage, definite characteristics Relai arus lebih dan tegangan fluktuatif adalah peralatan yang sangat penting untuk memproteksi sistem kelistrikan dari gangguan yang dapat menimbulkan arus lebih dan fluktuatif tegangan seperti short circuit pada jaringan instalasi, penurunan atau kenaikan tegangan yang melebihi batas tegangan kerja alat, dan pemakaian energi listrik yang melebihi kapasitas pemakaian pelanggan sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada peralatan seperti kerusakan trafo, kerusakan penghantar dan dapat memperluas daerah padam. Relai arus lebih dan tegangan fluktuatif dapat bekerja dengan respon cepat, fleksibel, tidak mudah rusak, akurat dalam mengatasi gangguan dan dirancang dengan rangkaian elektronik berbasis Arduino, bentuk prototipe proteksi arus lebih dan tegangan fluktuatif digital dengan karakteristik definite ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Current Sensor tipe TA12-100 sebagai pendeteksi arus dan Voltage Sensor tipe Single Phase ZMPT101B sebagai pendeteksi tegangan dan mikrokontroler ATmega2560 dengan tingkat kepresisian waktu trip yang tinggi.
