Abstract

PT. PT. PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company that provides electricity to the community. PLN is required to distribute electricity efficiently with service quality. Blackout analysis is needed to reduce the number of outages and customer complaints. A reduction in the percentage of blackouts results in better energy transfers. SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) will increase the reliability of subsystems, both components and equipment. While SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) will result in better handling of power outages and reduction in blackouts. The population in this study is PT. PLN Bojonegoro Area. The research was conducted by collecting data related to the frequency and duration of the disturbances that occurred in 2015 until 2018, then the data was analyzed so that the reliability of the 20KV distribution system was obtained in PT. PLN Bojonegoro Area. The results of the study show that PT. The Bojonegoro Area PLN has an SAIFI value of 4 years on average every year of 6.995 times/customer/year and SAIDI for an average of 4 years per year of 14.9 hours/customer/year. The Value of SAIFI and SAIDI PT. The Bojonegoro Area PLN is still far greater than the 59: 1985 SPLN value, that for medium voltage networks with automatic separators in the middle, with the network indicator said to be reliable is SAIFI ≤ 2,415 times/customer/year and SAIDI ≤ 12,842 hours/customer/year . Thus it can be concluded that the 20kv medium distribution network at PT PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro Area is classified as unreliable Kata kunci : Reliability, Distribution System, SAIDI, SAIFI PT. PT.PLN (Persero) adalah perusahaan milik negara yang menyediakan listrik untuk masyarakat. PLN diharuskan menyalurkan listrik secara efisien dengan mutu pelayanan. Analisis pemadaman diperlukan untuk mengurangi jumlah pemadaman dan keluhan pelanggan. Penurunan prosentase pemadaman menghasilkan transfer energi yang lebih baik. SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) akan meningkatkan keandalan subsistem, baik komponen maupun peralatan. Sementara SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) akan menghasilkan penanganan pemadaman listrik yang lebih baik dan pengurangan waktu pemadaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. PLN Area Bojonegoro. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data terkait frekuensi dan durasi gangguan yang terjadi pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2018, kemudian data dianalisis sehingga didapatkan keandalan sistem distribusi 20KV di PT. PLN Area Bojonegoro Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. PLN Area Bojonegoro memiliki nilai SAIFI rata-rata tiap tahunnya selama 4 tahun sebesar 6,995 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan SAIDI rata-rata tiap tahunnya selama 4 tahun sebesar 14,9 jam/pelanggan/tahun. Nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI PT. PLN Area Bojonegoro masih jauh lebih besar dari nilai SPLN 59:1985, bahwa untuk jaringan tegangan menengah dengan pemisah otomatis ditengahtengah, dengan indikator jaringan tersebut dikatakan andal adalah SAIFI ≤ 2,415 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan SAIDI ≤ 12,842 jam/pelanggan/tahun. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa jaringan distribusi tengangan menengah 20kv di PT PLN (Persero) Area Bojonegoro tergolong tidak handal.
