Abstract

In this instant and sophisticated era, technology is very helpful for humans in carrying out various activities, including in the business field. Many companies or organizations need to adapt to technology so as not to be left behind by technological advances, because effective and accurate services are needed. A system made with technology can cover various errors that are sometimes made by humans (human error). In some shops or businesses, conventional cash registers are still often used, POS (Point of Sale) is a system used in the needs of various business businesses to be able to facilitate the process of buying and selling transactions quickly, safely and systematically. Or you could say POS is a modern version of a conventional cash register. Key words: Application, System, Shops Di era yang serba instant dan canggih ini, teknologi sangat membantu manusia dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas, termasuk dibidang bisnis. Banyak perusahaan atau organisasi perlu beradaptasi dengan teknologi agar tidak tertinggal oleh kemajuan teknologi, karena dibutuhkan pelayanan yang efektif dan akurat. Suatu sistem yang dibuat dengan teknologi dapat menutupi berbagai kesalahan yang terkadang dibuat oleh manusia ( human error). Pada beberapa toko atau usaha masih sering digunakannya mesin kasir konvensional, POS ( Point of Sale) merupakan system yang digunakan dalam kebutuhan berbagai macam usaha bisnis untuk dapat memudahkan proses transaksi jual beli secara cepat, aman dan sistematis. Atau bisa dibilang POS termasuk versi modern dari mesin kasir konvensional. Kata kunci: Teknologi, Sistem, Toko
