Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of resilience in the flourishing of entrepreneurs during the pandemic Covid-19. The subjects of the study is 300 entrepreneurs domicile in Jabodetabek. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The measurement scale used was the Flourishing Scale (FS) compiled by Diener (2009) and the CD-RISC-10 scale by Conor-Davidson (2003). The results show that resilience plays a positive and significant role in the flourishing of entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Resilience contributed 71.8% to flourishing. From the demographic data, it can be concluded that the highest average of the two resilience and flourishing variables is found in respondents with an age range of 41-60 years or middle adulthood, male sex with married status, higher education level and monthly income and longer entrepreneur forBmore than 10 years. Keyword : Flourishing, Resilience, Enterprenuers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran resiliensi terhadap flourishing pada pelaku wirausaha di masa pandemi Covid-19. Subjek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 300 pelaku wirausaha yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengukuran skala yang digunakan Flourishing Scale (FS) yang disusun oleh Diener (2009) dan skala CD-RISC-10 oleh Conor-Davidson (2003). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi berperan positif dan signifikan terhadap flourishing pada pelaku wirausaha di masa pandemi Covid-19. Resiliensi berkontribusi sebesar 71,8% terhadap flourishing. Dari data demografi dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kedua variabel resiliensi dan flourishing yang paling tinggi ditemukan pada responden dengan rentang usia 41-60 tahun atau usia dewasa madya, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan status menikah, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan perbulan lebih tinggi serta lama berwirausaha di atas 10 tahun.
