Abstract
Sentul Puslabfor building Project is a the construction project of the forensic laboratory building along with other supporting facilities, one of which is the Guest House building which is carried out by PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya but in the process until the progress in March experienced a delay of 3.829%).The writing of this research was conducted by descriptive method, namely direct research on the implementation of work in the field and describing the problems that exist with the ultimate goal is to find out which jobs are the priorities marked by a critical path contained in the implementation of the project. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the jobs that are on the critical path are sequentially beams and slab 2 elv + 4.00, column floor 2 elv +4.00, beam and slab 3 +8.00, floor column 3 elv +8.00 , slab and floor beams, roof work, masonry walls, brick wall plastering, brick wall acquisitions, painting work, ceramic flooring, sanitation work, waterwork and handover. Keyword : Rescheduling, Project Delay, Precedence Diagram Method, Critical Path, MS Project. Proyek gedung Puslabfor Sentul adalah proyek pembangunan gedung laboratorium forensik beserta fasilitas pendukung lainnya, salah satunya adalah gedung Guest House yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya, tetapi dalam pengerjaannya sampai pada bulan Maret mengalami kendala keterlambatan sebesar 3,829%). Penulisan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu penelitian langsung pada plaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan serta memaparkan masalah yang ada dengan tujuan akhirnya adalah mengetahui pekerjaan-pekerjaan mana saja yang menjadi prioritas yang ditandai dengan lintasan kritis yang terdapat pada pelaksanaan proyek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilaksanakan, diketahui pekerjaanpekerjaan yang berada pada lintasan kritis secara berurutan adalah balok dan pelat lantai 2 elv +4.00, kolom lantai 2 elv +4.00, balok dan pelat lantai 3 +8.00, kolom lantai 3 elv +8.00, pelat dan balok lantai dak, pekerjaan atap, pasangan dinding bata, plesteran dinding bata, acian dinding bata, pekerjaan pengecatan, pekerjaan lantai keramik, pekerjaan sanitair, pekerjaan air, dan serah terima.
