Abstract

During the current pandemic, business development, especially in the culinary field, has grown rapidly. This is because many people are affected by Termination of Employment (PHK) so that they turn into micro, small and medium entrepreneurs. In building a business, monitoring is necessary so that the business can run in accordance with the company's vision and mission to be achieved effectively and efficiently. Not infrequently there are still many micro, small and medium entrepreneurs actors who often experience problems in doing their business, this is due to the absence of a system that can assist them in monitoring their business. Therefore, business actors need a system that can help them to monitor their business so that business actors can make decisions more easily. In previous research, the sales system could only input sales without being able to see the net profit received and the raw material inventory system could only enter raw material data without being able to automatically reduce the stock of raw materials. In this study, the author makes a sales system, raw material inventory and production costs that can calculate the stock that has been used automatically from sales, can find out the profits received and provide reports that make business actors can make decisions more quickly. The method that will be used in making this system is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as a system design model using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system development tool. The results of this study there are 3 users where there are features for input sales, managing raw materials and various reports that can be useful to make it easier for owners to make decisions for the next step. Keywords : Rapid Application Development (RAD), Monitoring, UMKM. Dimasa pandemi saat ini, perkembangan bisnis khususnya dibidang kuliner telah berkembang dengan pesat. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya masyarakat yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) sehingga mereka beralih menjadi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah UMKM. Dalam membangun sebuah usaha, monitoring sangatlah diperlukan agar bisnis dapat berjalan sesuai dengan visi misi perusahaan yang ingin dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Tak jarang masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang sering mengalami masalah dalam melakukan usahanya, hal ini disebabkan karena tidak adanya sistem yang dapat membantu mereka dalam memonitoring usaha yang dijalani. Oleh karena itu pelaku usaha membutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu mereka untuk memonitoring usaha yang dijalani agar pelaku usaha dapat lebih mudah dalam mengambil keputusan. Pada penelitian sebelumnya sistem penjualan hanya bisa melakukan input penjualan tanpa bisa melihat keuntungan bersih yang diterima dan sistem persediaan bahan baku hanya dapat memasukkan data-data bahan baku tanpa bisa mengurangi stok bahan baku secara otomatis. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membuat sistem penjualan, persediaan bahan baku dan biaya produksi yang dapat menghitung stok yang telah digunakan secara otomatis dari hasil penjualan, dapat mengetahui laba yang diterima serta menyediakan laporan yang membuat pelaku usaha dapat membuat keputusan dengan lebih cepat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini yaitu metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai model perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai alat bantu pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 3 user yang mana terdapat fitur untuk input penjualan, mengelola bahan baku dan berbagai laporan yang dapat berguna untuk mempermudah pemilik dalam menentukan keputusan untuk langkah selanjutnya.
