Abstract
Children at the age of 5-8 years have a great curiosity, children's curiosity about new things such as rooms or playgrounds, toys, food, animals, fruits, and other objects. An important role is that children are needed so that they can be taught how to behave properly and responsibly. Learning comics are expected to increase students' interest in reading. The attitude of responsibility that can be carried out by early childhood is, taking care of the things they have, returning the goods to their original place, doing the tasks that have been ordered by the educator, working on the task to completion, and respecting time. Children are always curious and sometimes like to take things that can hurt themselves and things that do not belong to them or this is known as Kleptomania. Key words: Illustration, Visual, Design, picture story book Anak-anak pada usia 5-8 tahun memiliki sifat rasa ingin tahu yang besar, rasa ingin tahu anak terhadap hal-hal yang baru seperti ruangan atau tempat bermain, mainan, makanan, hewan, buah-buahan, dan benda-benda lainnya. Peran orangtua sangatlah diperlukan agar anak dapat diajarkan bagaimana berperilaku yang baik dan berani bertanggung jawab.Komik pembelajaran diharapkan mampu meningkatkan minat siswa untuk membaca.Sikap tanggung jawab yang dapat dilakukan oleh anak usia dini yaitu, menjaga barang yang dimilikinya, mengembalikan barang ke tempat semula, mengerjakan tugas yang telah diperintahkan oleh pendidik, mengerjakan tugas sampai selesai, dan menghargai waktu. Anak-anak selalu merasa ingin tahu dan terkadang suka mengambil barang yang dapat melukai dirinya serta barang yang bukan miliknya atau disebut dengan istilah Kleptomania.
