Abstract
Increasing productivity is something that is the focus of the goals of the manufacturing industry and this productivity can be seen from the smoothness of the production process including parts of the production machine which must be seen for its effectiveness. PT Surya Inti Jaya Makmur is a manufacturing company that produces PVC Compound with a production time of 24 hours and has 5 production lines which are expected to work optimally because of the increasing demand for PVC Compound. The object of this research is the Hot Mixer machine in Line C because Line C has an actual output gap with a production target of 4200 and is the largest gap compared to other production lines. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method is a method for identifying and measuring the effectiveness of a machine or equipment, so this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Hot Mixer machine on Line C with the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method in November 2021, Six Big Losess that affect the OEE value, as well as proposed improvements to increase the OEE value of the Hot Mixer machine in Line C. The calculation results show that the Avaibility Rate ratio value is 98% for the Performance Rate ratio value of 79% and the Quality Rate ratio value is 100% with the resulting value The OEE Hot Mixer on Line C is worth 77%. Based on the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) the standard value of world-class machine or equipment productivity is 85%, this indicates that there is still a need for improvement to increase OEE on the Hot Mixer in Line C. Based on the Six Big Loses approach, the Reduce Speed Loss factor is the most important. large with a percentage value of 20.94% and this factor will be further analyzed by using the Fishbone Diagram (Cause and Effect Diagram). Keywords: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Loss, Reduce Speed Loss, Pareto Diagram, Fisbone Diagram, Machine Effectiveness Peningkatan produktivitas merupakan suatu hal yang menjadi fokus tujuan dari industri manufaktur dan produktivitas ini dapat dilihat dari kelancaran proses produksi termasuk juga bagian mesin produksi yang harus dlihat tingakt efektivitasnya. PT Surya Inti jaya Makmur merupakan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi PVC Compound dengan waktu produksi selama 24 jam dan memiliki 5 Line produksi yang diharapkan dapat bekerja secara optimal karena melihat permintaan terhadap PVC Compound yang terus meningkat. Objek pada penelitian ini merupakan mesin Hot Mixer di Line C karena Line C memiliki gap output aktual dengan target produksi sebesar 4200 dan menjadi gap terbesar dibanding line produksi lainya. Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan metode untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur tingkat efektivitas dari sebuah mesin atau peralatan, Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas mesin Hot Mixer di Line C dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada bulan November 2021, Six Big Losess yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE, serta usulan perbaikan untuk peningkatan nilai OEE mesin Hot Mixer di Line C. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rasio Avaibility Rate sebesar 98% untuk nilai rasio Performance Rate sebesar 79% dan nilai rasio Quality Rate sebesar 100% dengan hasil nilai OEE Hot Mixer di Line C bernilai 77%. Berdasarkan Japan Institut of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) nilai standar produktivitas mesin atau peralatan kelas dunia yaitu 85% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih perlu ada perbaikan untuk peningkatan OEE pada Hot Mixer di Line C. Berdasarkan pendekatan Six Big Losess faktor Reduce Speed Losess menjadi yang paling besar dengan nilai persentase sebesar 20,94% dan faktor inilah yang akan di analisa lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan Fishbone Diagram (Diagram Sebab Akibat).
