Abstract
Each Base Transceiver Station has a Site ID but cannot be monitored if there is an indication of a down such as due to an earthquake, causing the handling to be hampered. This study aims to build a monitoring application for Base Transceiver Stations affected by the earthquake, equipped with a telegram bot application to deliver alert notifications and technician assignments. The monitoring application is built based on a website with the PHP programming language. The calculation of the shortest distance between the Base Transceiver Station and the epicenter of the earthquake is carried out using the Euclidean Distance method. Telegram bot development using the Webhook method. The data used for the development of this application is secondary data obtained from internal data of a telecommunications and network company and seismic data from the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency. The test results show that both the web-based monitoring application which is equipped with a technician assignment feature and the calculation of the closest distance to the BTS location which is indicated to be down to the epicenter of the earthquake, and the Telegram Bot which contains assignments and reports on BTS repair work by technicians can run well. Key words: Euclidean Distance, Monitoring , Bot Telegram, Base Transceiver Station, Earthquake Setiap Base Tranceiver Station memiliki Site ID namun belum dapat termonitor jika terjadi indikasi down seperti akibat gempa bumi sehingga menyebabkan penanganannya menjadi terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi monitoring Base Tranceiver Station yang terdampak gempa bumi dengan dilengkapi aplikasi bot telegram untuk menyampaikan notifikasi alert dan penugasan teknisi. Aplikasi monitoring dibangun berbasis website dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP. Perhitungan jarak terdekat antara Base Tranceiver Station dan pusat gempa bumi dilakukan menggunakan metode Euclidean Distance. Pengembangan bot telegram menggunakan metode Webhook. Data yang digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data internal suatu perusahaan telekomunikasi dan jaringan dan data kegempaan dari Badan Meteorologi dan Geofisika. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa baik aplikasi monitoring berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan fitur penugasan teknisi dan perhitungan jarak terdekat lokasi BTS yang terindikasi down dengan pusat gempa bumi, dan Bot Telegram yang berisi penugasan dan laporan pekerjaan perbaikan BTS oleh teknisi dapat berjalan dengan baik Kata kunci: Euclidean Distance, Monitoring , Bot Telegram, Base Transceiver Station, Gempa Bumi
