Abstract
Analysis And Application Design Work Reimbursment At PT AST Global Solusindo Based Web based background application allows a consultant in the transaction request advance registration is used to meet the needs of implementation will be carried out on the use of the realization of such advances. Reimbursement is the realization of a system user advances previously granted to the employee or employees to fulfill the purposes of good offices in carrying out the work in the office or outside the office. These reimbursements will be realized by attaching evidence of the use of advances that have been used. Evidence such advances will diperiksan and recalculated by the finance section to match the amount of advances discarded according to total advances previously granted. Methodology System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that is used in this application is the design elaborated Waterfall. Stages waterfall consists of a Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment.bahasa modeling in the study of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) is a standard graphical language for specification and documentation of large-scale software systems, diagrams are used as in this study is the use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram. Kata Kunci: Budget, Reimbursment Analisis Dan Perancangan Aplikasi Work Reimbursment Pada PT AST Global Solusindo Berbasis Web berdasarkan latar belakang memudahkan seorang application consultant dalam melakukan transaksi pencatatan permintaan uang muka yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan implementasi yang nantinya akan dilakukan realisasi atas pemakaian uang muka tersebut. Reimbursement adalah sistem realisasi dari pemakaian uang muka yang sebelumnya sudah diberikan kepada karyawan atau pegawai untuk memenuhi keperluan kantor baik dalam menjalankan pekerjaan didalam kantor ataupun diluar kantor. Reimbursement ini akan direalisasikan dengan melampirkan buktibukti pemakaian uang muka yang telah terpakai. Bukti-bukti uang muka tersebut akan diperiksan dan dihitung kembali oleh bagian finance untuk mencocokkan jumlah uang muka yang terpakai sesuai dengan jumlah uang muka yang sebelumnya diberikan. Metodologi System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang digunakan dalam megembangkan rancangan aplikasi ini yaitu Waterfall. Tahapan waterfall terdiri dari Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment. Bahasa pemodelan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) adalah merupakan standar bahasa grafis untuk spesifikasi dan dokumentasi sistem software skala besar, diagram yang digunakan sebagaimana dalam penelitian ini yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram.
