Abstract

Penelitian Kerja ini Terhada p bertujuan Kine untuk r ja meng analisis karyawan Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin PT. Agishta Geoinformatics penelitian ini adalah 66 karyawan, , Populasi dalam Metode penarikan sampel Teknik sensus (sampel jenuh) . menggunakan Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan m survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesio ner. M e to de analisis etode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Kompensasi SPSS Versi berpengaruh positif 2 6 dan . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa signifikan terhadap Motivasi berpengaruh positi f dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Ker ja ber p en Kata Kunci: garuh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kompensasi , Motivasi , Disiplin Kerja , kinerja karyawan Kinerja Karyawan . This study aims to analyze the co the perfo rmance o f mpensation, motivation and work discipline on employees of PT. Agishta Geoinformatics, The population in this study was 66 employees. The sampling method used the census technique (saturated sample). Methods of data collection using surv research instrument is a questionn aire. Q u an ey methods, with the titative analysis method using SPSS Version 26. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant ef fect on employee performance.
