Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini di seleksi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Kata Kunci : Harga Saham, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were 18 companies. The sample used was 9 companies. The sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using panel data regression analysis using EViews 10. The results of this study prove that the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and does not significant effect on Share Prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Share Prices and Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative effect and does not significant to the Stock Price.
