Abstract

ABSTRAK Deadlock adalah keadaan dimana sejumlah permintaan yang tidak bisa dijalankan oleh scheduler karena permintaan-permintaan tersebut saling tunggu menunggu. Dalam rangka meningkatkan proses produksi dan pelayanan terhadap konsumen dan rekanan, Fiva Food berencana untuk membeli beberapa mesin produksi tambahan guna meningkatkan kecepatan produksi. CV. Fiva Food & Meat Supply adalah Perusahaan Modal Dalam Negeri yang bergerak dibidang produksi makanan olahan dan penyedia daging segar beku. Oleh sebab itu penulis akan melakukan penganalisaan proses produksi khususnya penjadwalan yang telah diterapkan kemudian akan diuji menggunakan metode Campbell, Dudek, Smith (CDS) untuk mengetahui makespan produksi yang paling cepat. Makespan merupakan total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan semua proses job yang dijadwalkan mulai dari pemrosesan job pertama pada mesin pertama sampai job terakhir selesai diproses oleh mesin terakhir. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Penjadwalan produksi dengan metode CDS dapat mengetahui nilai makespan nilai tercepat sebesar 37 jam dengan maksimal kapasitas produksi pada mesin. Sedangkan untuk akurasi yang didapat terhadap semua job pada mesin dengan rata-rata akurasi 85,82%. Dengan aturan CDS jika akurasi nilai prediksi menggunakan MSE sudah diatas 70% maka dapat dipastikan hasil prediksi yang dikeluarkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menentukan nilai tertentu. In order to improve the production process and service to consumers and partners, Fiva Food plans to purchase several additional production machines to increase production speed. CV. Fiva Food & Meat Supply is a Domestic Capital Company engaged in the production of processed food and a provider of frozen fresh meat. Therefore, the author will analyze the production process, especially the scheduling that has been applied and then will be tested using the Campbell, Dudek, Smith (CDS) method to find out the fastest makespan of production. Makespan is the total time required to complete all scheduled job processes starting from the processing of the first job on the first machine until the last job has been processed by the last machine. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researcher can conclude that the production scheduling with the CDS method can determine the makespan value of the fastest value of 37 hours with a maximum production capacity of the machine. As for the accuracy obtained for all jobs on the machine with an average accuracy of 85.82%. With CDS rules, if the accuracy of the prediction value using MSE is above 70%, it can be ascertained that the prediction results issued can be used as consideration in determining certain values.
