Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Kosmetik dan Keperluan Rumah Tangga ingin mengimplementasikan sistem ERP dikarenakan alasan kerugian material dan tidak adanya sistem informasi yang mengintegrasikan departement-departement yang ada. Pada saat proyek implementasi ERP dilaksanakan, proyek yang dijadwalkan mulai pada tanggal 1 Maret 2021 dan selesai pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2021 tidak dapat terselesaikan tepat waktu karena pengerjaan proyek yang terlambat mengakibatkan banyak kegiatan yang akhirnya tidak diselesaikan tepat waktu. Perusahaan pun mengalami kerugian karena adanya pengeluaran dana di luar rencana anggaran proyek. Pihak perusahaan sempat memberhentikan proyek karena ketidakjelasan proyek implementasi ini, tetapi perusahaan ingin memulai kembali proyek yang sempat mangkrak ini karena, tuntutan perusahaan untuk terlaksananya proyek implementasi maka diperlukan penjadwalan proyek agar dapat terlaksana dengan lancar dan selesai tepat waktu. Metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dapat membuat rencana penjadwalan proyek yang dapat membantu tim proyek dalam pengendalian dan pengawasan proyek dengan diketahuinya jaringan kerja dan aktivitas kritis pada penjadwalan proyek. Perencanaan tersebut masih bisa dievaluasi mengenai probabilitas keberhasilan penyelesaian penjadwalan proyek dengan tepat waktu menggunakan metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Dalam penelitian ini didapat hasil bahwa penggunaan metode CPM PERT dapat menyingkat durasi penyelesaian proyek yang tadinya sebanyak 39 hari menjadi 33 hari dengan persentase keberhasilan 71.90% pada penjadwalan proyek opsi 1 dan 29 hari dengan persentase keberhasilan 73.89% pada penjadwalan opsi 2. When the ERP implementation project was implemented, the project which was scheduled to start on March 1, 2021 and finish on August 31, 2021 could not be completed on time due to delayed project work resulting in many activities which were ultimeately not completed on time. The company also suffered losses due to the expenditure of funds outside the project budget plan. The company had time to stop the project due to the lack of clarity about the implementation project, but the company wanted to restart this stalled project, because of the company's demands for the implementation project, it is necessary to schedule the project so that it can be carried out smoothly and completed on time. The Critical Path Method (CPM) can make a project scheduling plan that can help the project team in controlling and supervising the project by knowing the network and critical activities in project scheduling. The plan can still be evaluated regarding the probability of successful completion of project scheduling on time using the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method. In this study, it was found that the use of the CPM PERT method can shorten the duration of project completion from 39 days to 33 days with a success percentage of 71.90% in project scheduling options 1 and 29 days with a success percentage of 73.89% in scheduling option 2.
