Abstract
PT. Warna Raja is a company engaged in the salt industry. PT. Color Raja was founded in 2017. PT. Color Raja in purchasing sea salt has 3 suppliers, including Pak Sugeng's salt pond (Indramayu), Pak Heryanto's salt pond (Cirebon) and Pak Payadi's salt pond (Madura). Based on the problems in the company, the amount of raw materials met by the supplier is still not in accordance with the company's demand. Based on the results of data processing using the AHP method, for Quality criteria there are 2 sub-criteria, namely Salt Content (Q1) and Ability to provide consistent quality (Q2). For the Cost criteria, there are 2 sub-criteria, namely the price of salt (C1) and the payment period (C2). For the Delivery criteria, there are 2 sub-criteria, namely Timeliness of Delivery (D1) and Number of Delivery (D2). For the Flexibility criteria, it has 2 sub-criteria, namely Changes in the number of orders (F1), Changes in delivery times (F2). And for the last criterion, Responsiveness, it has 2 sub-criteria, namely speed in responding to orders (R1) and response to claims (R2). Keyword : AHP, Kriteria, Sub-Kriteria, Demand. PT Warna Raja adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri garam. PT. Warna Raja didirikan pada tahun 2017. PT. Warna Raja dalam pembelian garam laut memiliki 3 pemasok, antara lain tambak garam Pak Sugeng (Indramayu), tambak garam Pak Heryanto (Cirebon) dan tambak garam Pak Payadi (Madura). Berdasarkan permasalahan di perusahaan, jumlah bahan baku yang dipenuhi oleh pemasok masih belum sesuai dengan permintaan dari perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode AHP, Untuk kriteria Quality terdapat 2 sub kriteria yaitu Kadar Garam (Q1) dan Kemampuan memberikan mutu yang konsisten (Q2). Untuk kriteria Cost terdapat 2 subkriteria yaitu harga garam (C1) dan tempo pembayaran (C2). Untuk kriteria Delivery terdapat 2 subkriteria yaitu Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman (D1) dan Jumlah Pengiriman (D2). Untuk kriteria Fleksibilitas memiliki 2 subkriteria yaitu Perubahan jumlah pesanan (F1), Perubahan waktu pengiriman (F2). Dan untuk kriteria yang terakhir yaitu Responsiveness memiliki 2 sub kriteria yaitu kecepatan dalam merespon pesanan (R1) dan respon terhadap klaim (R2).
