Abstract

The test bench accuracy test sensor flap is a tool that has a function for testing the accuracy of the flap sensor, where the testing procedure used is already in the CMM (Component Maintenance Manual). This Test Bench is designed as a solution for the flap sensor testing needs at PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk. Companies that are experiencing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in maintenance costs from flap sensors, which usually require companies to send overseas, have required efficiency to keep maintenance running. In addition, the flap sensor is one of the most vital components in supporting the operation of the aircraft, which is to detect the movement of the aircraft flap in the form of an angle, where this sensor converts the mechanical input obtained into an electrical signal, so that the flap sensor must always be in good condition. optimal. This test bench accuracy test sensor flap consists of a rotary table, flap sensor adapter, Test Unit Adapter and several other supporting tools. In this test bench test, it can be said that it is feasible to use after testing on the encoder as well as on the output produced by the test bench which includes accuracy testing, precision testing and linearity testing. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the test bench is declared to be feasible, where in the encoder test, the test bench has an absolute error value of 0.009%, the encoder position error value is 0.17348% with an RMS encoder sensitivity of 0.09042%, and in the position output test the output value is obtained. accuracy of 0.08568°, deviation value of output linearity between -0.21° to 0.16° with an output precision value of 0.9424° to 1.099°. The test bench has also been used for testing the flap sensor and was able to find damage to the flap sensor from the Boeing 737-800NG. Keyword: Test Bench,Flap Sensor, Rotary Table, Maintenance, Aircraft Test bench accuracy test sensor flap merupakan sebuah alat yang memiliki fungsi untuk pengujian akurasi dari sensor flap, dimana prosedur dari pengujian yang digunakan telah ada dalam CMM (Component Maintenance Manual). Test Bench ini dirancang sebagai solusi untuk kebutuhan pengetesan sensor flap di PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk. Perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan akibat pandemi COVID-19 dalambiaya maintenance dari sensor flap yang biasanya mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengirim ke luar negeri, menyebabkan harus dilakukan efisiensi guna menunjang maintenance tetap berjalan. Selain itu juga, sensor flap merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat vital dalam menunjang pengoperasian pesawat yakni berfungsi untuk mengetahui pergerakan dari flap pesawat dalam bentuk sudut, yang mana sensor ini mengubah masukan mekanik yang didapat menjadi sinyal elektrik, sehingga, sensor flap haruslah selalu dalam kondisi yang optimal. Test bench accuracy test sensor flap ini terdiri dari rotary table, flap sensor adapter, Test Unit Adapter dan beberapa alat penunjang lainnya. Pada pengujian test bench ini, dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan setelah dilakukan pengujian pada encoder maupun pada keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh test bench yang mana dalam pengujiannya meliputi uji akurasi, uji kepresisian dan uji kelinearan. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, test bench dinyatakan telah layak, dimana pada pengujian encoder,test bench memiliki nilai absolute error 0.009%,nilai error posisi encoder 0.17348% dengan sensitivitas RMS encoder pada 0.09042%, dan pada pengujian output posisi didapatkan nilai output akurasi 0.08568°,nilai deviasi output linearity antara -0.21° hingga 0.16° dengan nilai output precision antara 0.9424° hingga 1.099° .Test bench juga juga telah dapat digunakan pada pengujian sensor flap dan mampu menemukan kerusakan pada sensor flap dari Boeing 737-800NG.
