Abstract
This study discusses the replacement or substitution of water material with readymix concrete waste water, with the aim of achieving the f ’c=30 MPa quality target, in terms of the compressive strength, using the study method literature from several sources of thesis, journals, research by experts and practitioners as a reference for the addition of added material. With the plan to substitute readymix concrete waste water with a percentage of 0%, 25%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, dan 100%. This figure was taken from the results of previous relevant research, with cement material using Indonesian cement type 1 OPC, sand from the Galunggung mountain regions, split from purwakarta, readymix concrete wastewater from the PT. X Batching Plant. Concrete with readymix concrete waste water substitution of more than 50% will experience a significant decrease in compressive strength at the age of 7 days. Concrete with a mixture of 100% readymix concrete waste water gets a compressive strength value of 19.8 MPa. The compressive strength test at 28 days of all variations reached the target value. Keywords :Concrete, Readymix Concrete Wastewater, Compressive Strength Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggantian atau substitusi material air dengan air limbah beton readymix, dengan tujuan mencapai target mutu f ’c=30 MPa ditinjau dari faktor kuat tekannya, dengan menggunakan metode study literature dari beberapa sumber skripsi, jurnal, penelitian para ahli dan praktisi sebagai acuan kadar penambahan material tambah tersebut. Dengan rencana subtitusi air limbah beton readymix dengan prosentase 0%, 25%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, dan 100%. Angka tersebut diambil dari hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan, dengan material semen mengguanakan semen Indonesia tipe 1 OPC, pasir dari daerah gunung Galunggung, split dari purwakarta, air limbah beton readymix dari Batching Plant PT. X. Beton dengan subtitusi air limbah beton readymix yang lebih dari 50% akan mengalami penurunan kuat tekan yang cukup signifikan pada umur 7 hari. Beton dengan campuran 100% air limbah beton readymix mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 19,8 MPa. Pengujian kuat tekan di umur 28 hari dari seluruh variasi semuanya mencapai nilai yang ditargetkan.
