Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk (1) Menganalisis Model bisnis yang sesuai pada PT. Uniteda Arkato, (2) Untuk menganalisis cara meningkatkan produksi penimbunan bendungan untuk mencapai target kontrak kerja, (3) Untuk menganalisi menentukan standar kemampuan produksi yang rational. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kontrak PT. Uniteda Arkato yang berjumlah empat kontrak. Metode analisis digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Bisnis Canvas, Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Line Balancing. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dengan model bisnis kanvas yang sesuai dapat membuat perusahaan dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang telah lama berkembang, dengan Critical Path Method (CPM) dapat menentukan jalur kritis yang ada selama proses kontruksi berlangsung dan dengan analisis line balancing membuat proses produksi lebih efisien. Dari produksi yang rendah terdapat kecenderungan terjadi keterlambatan secara waktu yang telah disepakati didalam kontrak. Sebagai akibat dari keterlambatan ini, maka perusahaan menderita kemungkinan kerugian denda pinalti selain itu juga tingkat produksi yang tidak tercapai akan mendorong peningkatan biaya terutama biaya “Overhead”. Kata Kunci: Model Bisnis Canvas, Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Line Balancing The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the appropriate business model at PT. Uniteda Arkato, (2) To analyze how to increase the production of stockpiling dams to achieve the target of the work contract, (3) To analyze to determine rational production capability standards. The population in this study is the contract PT. Uniteda Arkato, totaling four contracts. The analytical method used in this research is the Canvas Business Model, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Line Balancing. The results of the study found that with the appropriate canvas business model, companies can compete with companies that have been developing for a long time, the Critical Path Method (CPM) can determine the critical path that exists during the construction process and line balancing analysis makes the production process more efficient. From low production, there is a tendency for delays in the time agreed in the contract. As a result of this delay, the company suffers from possible losses on final fines. In addition, the production level that is not achieved will lead to an increase in costs, especially “Overhead” costs. Keywords: Canvas Business Model, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Line Balancing
