Abstract

Software development projects generally require precise estimation in order to run well. The need for time estimation in software development will make the process transparent. In this research, a method called Use Case Points is used to determine the estimated cost, time and number of team members that will develop a sribulancer application. In the use case point calculation, the estimated total cost spent is 7,952,033,333 per month with a total of 7 people and takes 24,886 hours. This shows the use case points estimation method has a good level of accuracy used in determining the effort of a software project to be done. Keywords: use case points, estimated costs, time, software, projects, and human resources Proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak pada umumnya membutuhkan estimasi yang tepat agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Kebutuhan akan estimasi waktu dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak akan membuat proses pengerjaan menjadi transparan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebuah metode yang disebut Use Case Points untuk menentukan estimasi biaya, waktu dan jumlah tim yang akan melakukan pengembangan aplikasi sribulancer. Pada perhitungan use case point, estimasi total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar 7,952,033,333 per-bulan dengan jumlah tim sebanyak 7 orang dan membutuhkan waktu sebanyak 24.886 jam. Hal ini menunjukkan metode estimasi use case point memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik digunakan dalam menentukan effort terhadap suatu proyek perangkat lunak yang akan dikerjakan.
