Abstract
Schools are institutions that organize educational programs. Educational programs can run effectively and efficiently if managed with a good management system from planning, organizing, mobilizing, controlling, and developing. A good management system is quality-oriented management. e-Learning is an opportunity and challenge for educational institutions to start implementing Information Technology Communication (ICT) as a solution to situations that require students to study from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a measuring tool in technology acceptance which is implemented in SMK Yuppentek 2 Tangerang for teachers and guardians of students in using the SIYUPP LMS ereport feature by taking samples from several guardians of SMK Yuppentek 2 Tangerang with the aim of learning The flow that usually requires Excel data processing with this application is expected to be able to adapt to the e-report. it can be seen that the results of the questionnaire on each of the indicators are the largest in Perceived Usefulness of 94.20% and the percentage value is in Actual Technology Use of 71.50% and from the results of these five percentages if averaged is 83.88%. This points to four factors that influence the acceptance of e-report applications from perceptions of usefulness, convenience, attitude, interest, which can be said to be very good, very useful for parents and the use of technology can actually be said to be good. Sekolah merupakan lembaga yang menyelenggarakan program pendidikan. Program pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisen apabila dikelola dengan sistem manajemen yang baik dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengerakkan, pengendalian, dan pengembangan. Sistem manajemen yang baik adalah manajemen yang berorientasi pada mutu. e-Learning merupakan suatu peluang dan tantangan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk mulai mengimplementasi Information Technology Communication (ICT) sebagai solusi dari keadaan yang mengharuskan siswa belajar dari rumah akibat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian menerapkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai alat ukur dalam penerimaan teknologi yang diimplementasikan e-learning di SMK Yuppentek 2 Tangerang pada guru dan wali murid dalam menggunakan fitur erapor LMS SIYUPP dengan mengambil sampel dari beberapa wali murid SMK Yuppentek 2 Tangerang dengan bertujuan untuk memangkas sebuah alur yang biasanya perlu pengolahan data diexcel dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan wali murid dapat beradaptasi dengan e-rapor tersebut. dapat dilihat bahwa hasil dari kuisoner tersebut pada masing masing indikator yang paling besar ada di Perceived Usefulness sebesar 94.20% dan nilai terkecil presentasenya ada di Actual Technology Use sebesar 71.50% dan dari hasil kelima presentase ini jika dirata – rata sebesar 83.88%. Hal ini menujukan pada empat faktor yang mempengaruhi diterimanya aplikasi e-rapor dari persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan, sikap, minat bisa dikatakan sangat baik sangat berguna bagi wali murid dan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya bisa dikatakan baik.
