Abstract
Pemilihan subkontraktor yang sesuai sangat penting untuk penyelesaian proyek yang sukses dan kelangsungan bisnis kontraktor karena sebagian besar pekerjaan proyek konstruksi dikerjakan oleh subkontraktor. Oleh karena itu, proses pemilihan subkontraktor adalah salah satu proses utama yang penting. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria kualifikasi yang paling penting untuk pemilihan subkontraktor dalam rantai pasok konstruksi. Analisis perhitungan kriteria dilakukan berdasarkan model Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Dengan demikian, metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diterapkan untuk mendapatkan bobot kriteria pemilihan subkontraktor. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi subkontraktor yang berbeda terhadap 22 indikator subkriteria. Sampel penelitian merupakan Project Manager dan Commercial Manager yang merupakan pengambil keputusan dalam pemilihan subkontraktor. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner skala perbandingaan Saaty untuk pemilihan kriteria dan skala likert untuk penilaian subkontraktor. Kriteria yang dievaluasi adalah Harga, Kualitas, Teknis Pekerjaan, K3L, Manajemen Perusahaan, Reputasi Perusahaan, dan Waktu Pekerjaan dengan subkriteria yang paling berpengaruh adalah spesifikasi pekerjaan berkualitas, harga tender, dan memiliki pengawas K3L pada proyek. Kata kunci : AHP, Konstruksi, MCDM, Subkontraktor, TOPSIS Subcontractor selection is critical to the successful completion of the project and the continuity of the contractor's business as most of the construction project work is carried out by subcontractors. Therefore, the subcontractor selection process is one of the most important processes. This research identifies the most important qualification criteria for the selection of subcontractors in the Construction Supply Chain. The analysis of criteria was carried out based on the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model. Thus, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied to obtain the weight of the subcontractor selection criteria. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to evaluate different subcontractors against 22 sub-criteria indicators. The research sample is the Project Manager and Commercial Manager who are the decision makers in the selection of subcontractors. The research conducted with structured interviews using a Saaty comparative scale questionnaire for the selection of criteria and a Liker! scale for subcontractor assessment. The evaluated criteria are Price, Quality, Technical Work, HSE, Company Management, Company Reputation, and Time of Work with the most influential sub-criteria are quality work specifications, tender prices, and having a HSE supervisor on the project.
