Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Adi Arif Frandita NIM : 41816310068 Pembimbing TA : Ir. Fajar Masya, M.MSI Judul : Sistem Informasi Manajemen Data Aset & Barang Consumable Perusahaan (Studi Kasus: PT. ACS Engineering) Pengelolaan data aset dan persediaan barang habis pakai atau consumable di PT. ACS Engineering memanfaatkan teknologi komputer yang dilengkapi dengan software microsoft excel. Hal ini berakibat sering ditemukannya ketidakcocokkan saat menghitung stok barang yang ada dalam laporan dengan stok barang yang ada di lapangan. Akibatnya bagian keuangan sering mengalami double kode pada saat pencatatan aset. sehingga harus melakukan pengecekan ulang terhadap kode aset sehingga dibuatlah suatu sistem berbasis web untuk mempermudah dalam mengolah dan menentukan barang yang masuk ke dalam klasifikasi aset atau barang habis pakai karena untuk menentukan perhitungan Factory Overhead yang terjadi di perusahaan. Dalam membuat sistem ini menggunakan metode PIECES Analysis (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency and Service) sebagai standar atau landasan dibuatnya sistem. ACS Engineering utilizes computer technology that is equipped with Microsoft Excel software. This results in frequent discrepancies when calculating the stock of goods in the report with the stock of goods in the field. As a result, the finance department often experiences double codes when recording assets. so it must re-check the asset code so that it is made a web-based system to make it easier to process and determine the goods that fall into the classification of assets or consumables because to determine the calculation of Factory Overhead that occurs in the company. In making this system using the method of PIECES Analysis (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service) as a standard or foundation for the system.
