Abstract
AHU merupakan singkatan dari Air Handling Unit. Di AHU ini terjadi proses pengkodisian udara seperti suhu, kelembaban dan kebersihan udara. Berbagai macam aktivitas di dalam Gedung Head Office PT.Hexindo Adiperkasa,Tbk yang membuat tingkat kenyamanan dan sirkulasi udara yang baik itu wajib diberikan. Pengkondisian udara yang dirancang adalah menggunakan sistem AC sentral dimana komponen pentingnya diantaranya yaitu Chiller, AHU, Cooling tower dan Pompa sirkulasi. Penelitian dan analisa data yang dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui rata – rata dari nilai laju aliran massa, rata-rata total enthalpi, rata-rata Beban pendingin dan effisiensi yang ada di ruangan tersebut dengan ketentuan waktu yaitu jam kerja (weekday) dan (weekend) yaitu Senin, Selasa, Rabu, dan Sabtu. Masing – masing dari pengukuran tersebut menggunakan Thermometer, velocitymeter, dan Hygrometer. Tujuan untuk penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan mengetahui efisiensi dari hasil yang didapatkan sesuai dengan hasil data actual dan juga dengan membandingkan efisiensi kenyamanan dalam suatu ruangan pada waktu jam kerja (weekday) yaitu Senin – Rabu dan (weekend) yaitu Sabtu sesuai dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan di setiap penelitiannya.Setelah penelitian dan analisan sudah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa rata-rata laju aliran massa yaitu 19,87 kg/s , total rata – rata enthalpi yang diperoleh yaitu 3,84 kj/kg dan yang terakhir mengenai total rata – rata beban pendingin dan effisiensi yang diperoleh adalah 73,78 kW dan 50,2 % untuk efisiensinya.hasil perbandingan ini dikerjakan ketika masa pandemi Covid-19. At AHU there is an air coding process such as temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the air. Various kinds of activities in the Head Office Building of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk that make the level of comfort and good air circulation must be given. The air conditioning that is designed is to use a central air conditioning system where important components include Chiller, AHU, Cooling tower and Circulating pumps. Research and data analysis is carried out to determine the average value of the mass flow rate, the average total enthalpy, the average cooling load and efficiency in the room with the provisions of the time, namely working hours (weekday) and (weekend), namely Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Each of these measurements uses a thermometer, velocity meter and hygrometer. The purpose of this study is to measure and determine the efficiency of the results obtained in accordance with the results of actual data and also by comparing the efficiency of comfort in a room during working hours (weekday) ie Monday - Wednesday and (weekend) ie Saturday in accordance with the time already determined in each study. After the research and analysis has been carried out, the results obtained that the average mass flow rate is 19.87 kg / s, the total average enthalpy obtained is 3.84 kj / kg and the last regarding the total average - the average cooling load and efficiency obtained were 73.78 kW and 50.2% for their efficiency.
