Abstract

In an academic institution such as universities, course programs final task is one important thing in the end of college students, in practice students can take final title of lecturer or from the students, and make the final project with faculty guidance that has been set. Determination of the supervisor must be made from scratch, so that later obtained the optimal guidance. To resolve these problems in this paper used the Priority Scale Algorithm for optimizing the determination of the supervisor. To determine the priority determination calculation point for lecturers. Then conducted to determine the faculty in order of priority and precedence lecturer who has the highest score. Design application design will use the concept of (procedural) and the implementation of the program will use the webserver WAMPP and some programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL to create a database. With the use of Priority Scale Algorithm optimization determination of the faculty are expected to obtain the best combination of conditions where there is a supervisor for couples with TA students overall title, there is no problem with the title contention faculty expertise TA students. Application will result in the determination of TA lecturer automatically determining the priority Priority Scale lecturer based algorithm which will issue a report that can be printed. Dalam intitusi akademis seperti perguruan tinggi, program mata kuliah tugas akhir merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam masa akhir kuliah mahasiswa, dalam pelaksanaannya mahasiswa dapat mengambil judul tugas akhir dari dosen atau dari mahasiswa, dan melakukan proses bimbingan tugas akhir bersama dosen yang telah di tentukan. Penentuan dosen pembimbing harus di buat dari awal, sehingga nantinya didapatkan proses bimbingan yang optimal. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dalam skripsi ini digunakan Algoritma Priority Scale untuk melakukan optimasi penentuan dosen pembimbing. Untuk menentukan prioritas penentuan dilakukan perhitungan point untuk dosen. Kemudian dilakukan penentuan dosen berdasarkan urutan prioritas dan mendahulukan dosen yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi. Desain perancangan aplikasi akan mengunakan konsep (Procedural) dan implementasi program akan menggunakan webserver WAMPP dan beberapa bahasa pemrogaman PHP, HTML, CSS serta MySQL untuk membuat basis data. Dengan digunakannya Algoritma Priority Scale diharapkan diperoleh optimasi penentuan dosen yaitu kondisi dimana terjadi kombinasi terbaik untuk pasangan dosen pembimbing dengan judul TA mahasiswa secara keseluruhan, tidak ada permasalahan pertentangan keahlian dosen dengan judul TA mahasiswa. Aplikasi akan menghasilkan penentuan dosen TA secara otomatis dengan prioritas penentuan dosen berdasarkan Algoritma Priority Scale dimana akan mengeluarkan laporan yang bisa dicetak.
