Abstract
ABSTRAK PT Fajar Mas Murni berperan sebagai distributor yang menjual barang atau produk langsung ke customer. Saat ini PT Fajar Mas Murni mengalami kesulitan dalam proses reminder service. Masalah yang terjadi pada proses reminder service saat ini dikarenakan sales dari PT Fajar Mas Murni yang tidak mengupdate data running hour yang dimiliki oleh customer PT Fajar Mas Murni. Sehingga proses reminder service sempat terhambat dikarenakan data running hour yang tidak terupdate. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode IDEF0 untuk menggambarkan proses reminder service yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses reminder service dalam mengupdate data running hour unit milik customer. Tahapan dalam IDEF0 yaitu berupa diagram tingkat atas, IDEF A0, dan IDEF A1. Hasil dari IDEF0 divisualisasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi yang akan memudahkan customer dalam menerima reminder untuk mempersiapkan penggantian part sesuai dengan jadwal service yang diterima customer melalui notifikasi yang ada di aplikasi. Hasil pemodelan telah diverifikasi oleh bagian product spesialist. Kata kunci : Proses Reminder Service, IDEF0, Visualisasi ABSTRACT PT Fajar Mas Murni acted as distributors who sell goods or products directly to the customer. Currently PT Fajar Mas Murni undergone difficulties in process reminder service. Problems that occur in the process of the current service reminder because sales of PT Fajar Mas Murni are not updating the data running hour is owned by PT Fajar Mas Murni customer service processes so that the reminder had hampered due to running hour which is not Update. For that in this study the authors use the IDEF0 method to describe the process reminder service that aims to simplify the process of updating data in a service reminder running hour unit belonging to the customer. Stages in IDEF0 diagrams of top level form i.e., IDEF A0, A1 and IDEF. The result of the IDEF0 visualized the application that will make it easier for our customer in receiving the reminder to prepare replacement part according to the schedule service is received through existing customer notification in application.
