Abstract
STARWEB System is an application by a monitoring team of service quality to perform the function of monitoring and service quality assurance. Standar service qualitys banking is particularly important given the banking industry growing more rapidly in line with the needs of customers also increased and complex and requires a standard appearance, services, knowledge and skills to know the products and services offered by the bank. And to anticipate things that are not desirable with regard to service quality audit should be performed. The importance of information, the policy on setting up the service, capacity and performance is one aspect that is very important in an information system. Audit Information System becomes a solution to measure the extent of this STARWEB System for DS1 and DS3 process so that applications can perform repairs. IT (Information Technology) Governance is a structure of relationships and processes to direct and control an organization to achieve its objectives by adding nilaik ethics menyeimbang the risk compared to IT and its processes. The framework COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) version 4.1, which has the COBIT control objectives for IT-related and is a standard that has been recognized quite well at the international level. In this study discusses one domain that Deliver and Support of 4 domain in COBIT the discussion is limited to the level of process control set and adjust service levels (DS1) as well as to manage the capacity and performance (DS3) for management awareness and maturity level. Results of the audit system is the level of process performance information DSI (set and adjust the level of service) and DS3 (adjust capacity and performance) is moderate. Maturiy Level DS1 and DS3 saatini (as is) there are at level 3 conditions in which the company has had a formal and written standard procedures that have been communicated to all levels of management and employees to be obeyed and worked in daily activities tapik urang no provision for running it all. And (to be) are expected to show a level 4 indicator as a target the company has on the performance of IT processes and there are facilities for monitoring and measuring procedures that are already running. Recommendations to level 4 IT Governance was created in order to improve the performance STARWEB System and improve service quality. Proposed Performance Indicators and Outcome Measure is expected to be applied to ensure that IT processes achieved in accordance with the expected goals in the DS1 and DS3.Keywords: Audit, STARWEB, IT Governance, Activities and IT Goals, COBIT.ABSTRAKSTARWEB System merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh tim monitoring layanan untuk menjalankan fungsi monitoring dan assurance kualitas layanan. Standar kualitas layanan perbankan sangat penting mengingat industri perbankan berkembang semakin pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan nasabah yang juga meningkat dan kompleks serta membutuhkan standar penampilan, layanan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenal produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh bank. Dan untuk mengantisipasi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan berkaitan dengan standar kualitas layanan maka harus dilakukan audit. Pentingnya informasi, maka kebijakan tentang mengatur layanan, kapasitas dan kinerja merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam sebuah sistem informasi. Audit Sistem Informasi menjadi sebuah solusi untuk mengukur sejauh mana selama ini STARWEB System melakukan proses DS1 dan DS3 agar aplikasi dapat melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan. IT (Information Technology) Governance merupakan struktur hubungan dan proses untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan menambahkan nilai ketika menyeimbangkan risiko dibandingkan dengan TI dan prosesnya. Kerangka kerja COBIT (Control Objective For Information and Related Technology) versi 4.1, dimana COBIT mempunyai tujuan untuk mengendalikan TI terkait dan merupakan suatu standar yang telah diakui cukup baik pada tingkat internasional. Dalam penelitian ini membahas 1 domain yaitu Deliver and Support dari 4 domain yang ada di COBIT dengan pembahasan dibatasi pada tingkat control process menetapkan dan mengatur tingkat layanan (DSI) serta mengatur kapasitas dan kinerja (DS3) untuk management awareness dan maturity level. Hasil dari audit sistem informasi adalah tingkat kinerja proses DS1 (menetapkan dan mengatur tingkat layanan) dan DS3 (mengatur kapasitas dan kinerja) adalah sedang. Maturiy Level DS1 dan DS3 saat ini (as is) ada pada level 3 kondisi di mana perusahaan telah memiliki prosedur standar formal dan tertulis yang telah disosialisasikan ke segenap jajaran manajemen dan karyawan untuk dipatuhi dan dikerjakan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari tapi kurang ada pengawasan untuk menjalankan itu semua. Dan (to be) yang diharapkan menunjukkan level 4 perusahaan memiliki indikator sebagai sasaran terhadap kinerja proses TI serta terdapat fasilitas untuk memonitor dan mengukur prosedur yang sudah berjalan. Rekomendasi ke level 4 IT Governance ini dibuat guna meningkatkan kinerja STARWEB System dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Usulan Performance Indicator dan Outcome Measure diharapkan dapat diterapkan agar proses TI tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan dalam DS1 dan DS3.Kata Kunci: Audit, STARWEB, IT Governance, Activities dan IT Goals, COBIT.
