Abstract
Abstract (English)PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the largest fast-food restaurant in Indonesia is not yet possess an online training system that can help the process of training the employees. Thus significantly hampering training members (employees) who want to do training when he was not at the training ground, to get some of the materials, and workmanship quiz. Also the communication between teachers and members can only be face to face, using the phone or email. Members obtain information regarding the time, place and training materials are usually by invitation to store each. For that we need an online training system that can be accessed from anywhere. Namely to build an online training system, intended as a training tool used by all employees of PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk (Kentucky Fried Chicken) which is capable of reducing the shortage of conventional training includes the time and place. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to analyze and plan in creating a system that can integrate the data from each work function, so that any kind of information can be accessed and processed in the current system quickly and efficiently.Keywords: online training, systems, efficientAbstrak (Bahasa Indonesia)PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk (Kentucky Fried Chicken) merupakan salah satu restaurant cepat saji terbesar di Indonesia yang belum memliki sebuah sistem pelatihan online yang dapat membantu proses pelatihan pada karyawan. Sehingga sangat menghambat anggota pelatihan (karyawan) yang ingin melakukan pelatihan ketika dia tidak ada di tempat pelatihan tersebut, untuk mendapatkan beberapa materi, maupun pengerjaan kuis. Juga komunikasi yang terjalin antara pengajar dan anggota hanya dapat berupa tatap muka langsung, menggunakan telepon atau email. Anggota mendapatkan informasi mengenai waktu, tempat dan materi pelatihan biasanya melalui undangan ke store masing-masing. Untuk itu perlu adanya sebuah sistem pelatihan online yang bisa diakses dari manapun. Yaitu membangun sebuah sistem pelatihan secara online, ditujukan sebagai sarana pelatihan yang digunakan oleh semua karyawan PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk (Kentucky Fried Chicken) yang mampu mengurangi kekurangan dari pelatihan konvensional meliputi waktu dan tempat. Oleh karena itu maka tujuan dari pada tugas akhir ini yaitu dengan menganalisa dan merencanakan dalam membuat suatu sistem yang bisa mengintegrasikan suatu data dari masing-masing fungsi kerja, sehingga segala jenis informasi bisa diakses dan diolah didalam satu sistem secara cepat dan terkini secara efisien.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan online, Sistem, efisien
