Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Anna Rizqia Sholichah NIM : 41515210047 Pembimbing TA : Desi Ramayanti, S.Kom, MT Judul Tugas Akhir : Aplikasi Penjualan Tiket Pertandingan Sepak Bola Pada Stadion Pakansari Berbasis Web Abstrak-Stadion pakansari adalah stadion multifungsi yang digunakan untuk pertandingan sepak bola. Stadion pakansari dapat menampung 30.000 penonton, stadion pakansari juga dapat digunakan untuk kompetisi atletik, drum band dan sepak bola Pekan Olahraga Nasional. Di Stadion Pakansari penjualan tiket pertandingan masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana pembeli harus datang ke loket untuk memesan dan membeli tiket. Penjualan seperti ini dapat menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti antrian yang panjang, tidak tertibnya pengunjung yang menyebabkan kerusuhan, serta resiko kehabisan tiket. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan akan dibuat aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web yang dapat diakses secara realtime. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Processor) dengan MySQL sebagai pemyimpanan database. Pada sistem penjualan ini pengguna harus memiliki akun untuk membeli ticket. Jika transaksi berhasil, pengguna akan mendapatkan tiket elektronik yang bisa dicetak sebagai tiket masuk sebagai akses ke dalam stadion. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi dalam memesan tiket pertandingan sepak bola, juga mengurangi aktifitas penjualan ilegal. Stadium Pakansari can accept 30.000 visitors, it also can be used for athletic competitions, drum band, and football national sports week. At this stadium, a sale of the ticket on this stadion is still manually, where customers have to come to the location to buy a ticket. A selling like this could lead to a few problems like a long queue, getting a crowded situation caused by impatient customers, and risk of a sold-out ticket. To increase service for customers will be made Reservations WebBased Application that can be accessed in realtime. a method particular in the design used is identification a method of waterfall with the language of PHP programming (the hypertext detector processor) with MySQL as database storage. If the transaction is successful, the user will get an electronic ticket that can be printed as an admission fee.
