Abstract

In this era of increasingly advanced technology development, the CNC Router Machine is the choice for the home industry because it greatly facilitates the work. The home industry has already begun trying to assemble its own cnc router machine. Starting from designing the machine, buying components, and doing the assembly process itself. Before starting assembly, assembly standards must be specified so that the engine runs as it should. The standard assembly produced for this machine is the bolt used is allen bolts with grade 8 with the highest Von Mises Stress value of 39.8584 MPa and allowable deviation of 0.04 mm. After testing and measurement, 4 to 5 hours of assembly time are obtained. The accuracy of the X axis = 99.98%, the Y axis = 99.97%, and the Z axis = 99.96%. Keywords: Standard, Assembly, Tolerance, Precision, Risk, Connection, Deviation, Von Mises Stress. Di era perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju ini, Mesin CNC Router menjadi pilihan untuk industri rumahan karna sangat mempermudah pekerjaan. Industri rumahan sudah mulai mencoba merakit mesin cnc router sendiri. Mulai dari mendesain mesin tersebut, membeli komponen, dan melakukan proses perakitan sendiri. Sebelum memulai assembly, standar assembly harus di tentukan agar mesin berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Standar assembly yang dihasilkan untuk mesin ini adalah baut yang digunakan adalah baut allen dengan grade 8 dengan nilai Von Mises Stress tertinggi sebesar 39,8584 MPa dan penyimpangan yang diizinkan sebesar 0,04 mm. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan pengukuran, didapatkan hasil lama perakitan 4 sampai 5 jam. Akurasi sumbu X = 99,98%, sumbu Y = 99,97%, dan sumbu Z = 99,96%.
