Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Triyoto NIM : 41515310012 Pembimbing TA : Adi Hartanto, S.T, M.Kom Judul : Aplikasi Pemesanan Paket Wisata Body Rafting Green Canyon Pangandaran Berbasis Web Body Raftting merupakan Olahraga air yang prinsipnya seperti rafting/arung jeram menyusuri sungai namun tidak menggunakan rakit maupun dayung melainkan hanya menggunakan pelampung. Green Canyon Pangandaran, Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu daerah yang menyuguhkan paket wisata tersebut. Sistem pemesanan paket wisata Body Rafting yang ada pada Agen Agen di daerah tersebut kebanyakan masih konventional, yaitu customer mendatangi lokasi agen wisata pada daerah tersebut, melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran di tempat. Permasalahan terjadi jika tingginya tingkat permintaan dari para customer terhadap jasa wisata bodyrafting ini tidak diimbangi kesiapan dari pihak Agen mengakibatkan sering kali pada hari kedatangan customer ke Green Canyon Pangandaran tidak mendapat jatah paket wisata ini, padahal mereka berasal yang kebanyakan berasal dari daerah luar Pangandaran. Oleh karena itu aplikasi pemesanan Body Rafting berbasis Web menjadi salah satu cara menengani permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi pemesanan paket wisata Body Rafting berbasis Web pada penelitian ini dibangun menggunakan Bootstrap, PHP Framework Code Igniter, database MySQL, Pada aplikasi ini customer dapat melakukan pemilihan paket wisata, waktu pelaksanaan, jumlah peserta dan metode pembayaran pada website. Sedangkan Invoice dan e-tiket akan dikirimkan ke e-mail customer. Green Canyon Pangandaran, West Java is one of the regions that offer these tour packages. The booking system for Body Rafting tour packages in tourist agents in the area is still conventional, fisrt customers come to the location of tourist agents in the area, place orders and pay on the spot. The problem occurs if the high level of demand from customers for bodyrafting tourism services is not matched by the readiness of the Agent resulting in the frequent arrival of the customer to Green Canyon Pangandaran not getting this tour package, even though they come from mostly outside Pangandaran. Therefore, the web-based application of Body Rafting is one of the ways to overcome these problems. This Web-based application of Body Rafting tour package was built using Boostrap, PHP Framework Code Igniter, MySQL database. In this application the customer can make tour package selection, implementation time, number of participants and payment methods on the website.
