Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Dewan Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Metode pangambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dengan populasi penelitian pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efel Indonesia tahun 2012 - 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan sedangkan Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Sedangkan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Kata kunci : Dewan Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Company Financial Performance and Company Value. The independent variables used are the Independent Board of Commissioners, the Audit Committee, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership. The dependent variable used is Company Financial Performance and Company Value. This research method used is a quantitative method by testing classical assumptions and statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. With a population of research on state-owned companies (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Efel Exchange in 2012 - 2017. The results showed that the Independent Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership affected the Company's Financial Performance while the Audit Committee did not affect the Company's Financial Performance. While the Company's Financial Performance affects the Company's Value.
