Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 83 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 karyawan diambil dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pDisiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kinerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research. The study was conducted at PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia with a total population of 83 employees. The samples in this study were 83 employees taken using saturated samples. The technique of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the data using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and Cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant positive influence on the Leadership Style on the performance of the employees of PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia, (2) there is a significant positive effect of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia, (3) there is a significant positive effect on Work Discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Logistics Indonesia.
