Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of top management support and business process reengineering (BPR) on the performance of ERP postimplementation through project management moderation. There are four latent variables will be adopted in this research such as top management support, BPR, project management and ERP performance. Variable project management as a moderator variable, individually also influence the performance of ERP. The sample of this study are the ERP users at a company that has operated the ERP system at least 6 months. The data was collected through questionnaires from three manufacturing companies located in Banten Province who use the same ERP system product namely SAP. The data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for testing models and hypotheses. From the analysis concluded that the Top Management Support and Application of BPR positive effect on performance either through moderation ERP Project Management nor directly influence of both. Also note that these three factors together contribute to the success of ERP implementation and positive result on the performance of ERP post-implementation. Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning, Top Management, BPR, ERP Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dukungan top management dan penerapan BPR terhadap kinerja ERP pasca implementasi melalui moderasi project management. Ada empat variabel latent yang digunakan yaitu dukungan top management, BPR, project management dan kinerja ERP. Variabel project management merupakan variabel moderator yang secara individu juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja ERP. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para pengguna ERP pada perusahaan yang telah mengoperasikan system ERP minimal 6 bulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner ditiga perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di Provinsi Banten yang menggunakan produk system ERP yang sama yaitu SAP. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk pengujian model dan hipotesisnya. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Dukungan Top Management dan Penerapan BPR berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja ERP baik melalui moderasi Project Management maupun pengaruh keduanya secara langsung. Juga diketahui bahwa ketiga faktor secara bersama-sama berkontribusi dalam menyukseskan implementasi ERP dan memberikan hasil positif terhadap kinerja ERP pasca implementasi.
