Abstract
ABSTRAK Kendala pada proses pengecekan power supply di PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam proses pengukuran tegangan keluaran masing-masing set point. Saat ini yang dilakukan oleh teknisi adalah mengukur setiap set point power supply dengan menggunakan multimeter analog atau digital, membuat proses repair modul power supply menghabiskan waktu yang lama pada pengukuran tegangan. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat mengukur besarnya tegangan pada set point modul power supply LCD. Nilai tegangan diukur menggunakan sensor ZMPT101B dan rangkaian pembagi tegangan, kedua sinyal analog tersebut diterima oleh ADC Arduino Uno yang diolah oleh program yang sudah didesain menggunakan program Arduino IDE. Kemudian nilai tegangan yang terbaca dikirimkan ke server melalui nodemcu esp8266 untuk ditampilkan pada aplikasi visual basic melalui satu jaringan wi-fi yang sama. Kata kunci : Arduino, Power Supply, sensor ZMPT101B, Nodemcu ESP8266, Visual Basic. ABSTRACT Constraints in the process of checking the power supply at PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia has a function in the process of measuring the voltage of each set point. Currently what the technician is doing is measuring each set point of the power supply using an analog or digital multimeter, making the process of repairing the power supply module per unit time on voltage measurements. In this research a tool that can be used to set up an LCD power supply module is designed. Voltage values use the ZMPT101B sensor and voltage divider circuit, the analog examples used by the Arduino Uno ADC are processed by programs that have been designed using the Arduino IDE program. Then the values sent to the server via nodemcu esp8266 to be released in the visual basic application through the same Wi-Fi network.
