Abstract
Abstrak Dalam dunia industri teknologi otomasi sudah sangat berkembang karena memiliki berbagai macam kelebihan antara lain mempermudah operator dan efisien dalam waktu kerjanya,dan salah satu bagian dari otomasi pada proses produksi ialah proses penimbangan barang/material yang dapat dilakukan dengan otomatis, Pada penelitian ini, penimbangan barang/material dilakukan secara otomatis dengan arduino uno dan aplikasi visual basic.Net sebagai interface. Aplikasi visual basic.net berfungsi sebagai proses awal untuk memilih dan menentukan jenis barang/material serta berat dari barang/material yang akan di timbang, dan arduino uno berfungsi sebagai driver dari motor servo dan load cell dimana motor servo akan membuka valve cabinet secara otomatis dan berurutan sesuai dengan urutan cabinet barang/material dan barang/material tersebut akan jatuh pada wadah timbangan sesuai dengan berat yang telah ditentukan kemudian sensor load cell akan mendeteksi berat material/barang tersebut dan nilai timbangan pun dapat terlihat pada aplikasi visual basic.net, dan proses tersebut dilakukan secara terus-menrus dengan cara yang sama. Kata kunci: Visual Basic.NET, Arduino Uno, Load Cell, Modul HX711, Motor servo. Abstract In the world of automation technology industry has been highly developed because it has various kinds of advantages, including facilitating the operator and being efficient in his working time, and one part of automation in the production process is the process of weighing goods / materials that can be done automatically, In this study, weighing of goods / materials is carried out automatically with Arduino Uno and Visual Basic. Net applications as interfaces. Visual Basic.net application serves as the initial process to select and determine the type of goods / materials and the weight of the goods / materials to be weighed, and Arduino Uno functions as a driver of the servo motor and load cell where the servo motor will open the valve cabinet automatically and sequentially in accordance with the order of the cabinet of goods / materials and the goods / materials will fall on the scales container in accordance with the specified weight then the sensor load cell will detect the weight of the material / item and the value of the scale can be seen in the visual basic.net application, and the process it is carried out continuously in the same way.
