Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan atau kegagalan dari suatu proyek dapat disebabkan perencanaan yang tidak matang serta pengendalian yang kurang efektif, sehingga kegiatan proyek tidak efisien. Hal tersebut akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu metode perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengawasan yang matang dan baik, sehingga proyek dapat dilaksanakan dengan efisiensi waktu yang baik. Dalam network planning, apabila terjadi penundaan pada lintasan atau kegiatan kritis maka akan menyebabkan terjadinya penundaan penyelesaian pada seluruh rangkaian proyek atau produksi. Sehingga dengan adanya lintasan kritis, akan membantu perusahaan dalam mengidentifikasi dan memfokuskan pengerjaan pada kegiatankegiatan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Data-data diperoleh melalui observasi lokasi proyek, wawancara dan studi literatur untuk kemudian diolah dan dianalisa. Metode CPM dan PERT digunakan sebagai metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah. Estimasi waktu penyelesaian suatu proyek dapat diketahui dengan cara : 1. Single duration estimate atau perkiraan waktu (durasi) tunggal untuk setiap kegiatan (pendekatan CPM) 2. Triple duration estimate, yaitu cara perkiraan waktu yang didasarkan atas tiga jenis durasi waktu, yaitu waktu optimis (a), waktu pesimis (b), dan waktu normal (m) (pendekatan PERT). Dengan metode CPM & PERT maka diperoleh durasi waktu di lintasan kritis untuk menyelesaikan proyek modifikasi silo powder plant di PT.Sayap Mas Utama Jakarta selama 148 hari.Target waktu yang ditetapkan management adalah 150 hari. Sehingga terjadi efisiensi waktu 2 hari. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh nilai kemungkinan proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu selama 148 hari adalah 89,44 % . Ada probabilitas 5,28 % proyek ini akan mengalami keterlambatan dari waktu target 150 hari. Penjadwalan proyek dengan metode PERT yang diterjemahkan dalam bentuk diagram jaringan hubungan kegiatan (network diagram) dan gantt chart. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan telah terjadi efisiensi durasi waktu proyek dengan mengunakan metode CPM dan PERT. This would result in keterlambatan.Untuk overcome these problems, we need a method of planning, scheduling, and supervision of a mature and well, so that the project can be implemented with a good time efficiency. In network planning, if there is a delay on the critical path or activity will cause a delay in the completion of the whole set of projects or production. So with the critical path, will assist the company in identifying and focusing work on activities that require special attention. The data obtained through the project site observation, interviews and literature studies for later processed and analyzed. CPM and PERT method is used as the method of analysis used in this study is. Estimated time of completion of a project can be determined by: 1. Single estimate or approximate duration of time (duration) for each single activity (CPM approach) 2. Triple duration estimate, which means that the time estimates are based on three duration types, namely optimistic time (a), the pessimistic time (b), and normal time (m) (PERT approach). With CPM & PERT method is obtained in the time duration to complete the project critical path modification of silo powder plant in PT.Sayap Mas Utama Jakarta for 148 hari.Target management set time is 150 days. Resulting in efficiency within 2 days. From the analysis of likelihood values obtained project can be completed on time during the 148 days is 89.44%. There is a 5.28% probability the project will experience delays from the time the target of 150 days. Project Scheduling with PERT method is translated in the form of a network diagram activity relationships (network diagrams) and Gantt charts.
