Abstract
ABSTRAK Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang industri maupun perkantoran saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat, hal ini ditandai dengan hadirnya berbagai macam aplikasi yang mampu mempermudah pekerjaan khususnya dalam hal administrasi. PT. NIPRESS ENERGI OTOMOTIF dalam rangka meningkatkan proses administrasi dalam hal pengelolaan perjalanan dinas luar perusahaan dan reimbursement biaya pengeluaran selama perjalanan, sudah dibuat prosedur dan intruksi kerja khusus untuk mengaturnya. Akan tetapi prosedur administrasi yang sedang berjalan memiliki beberapa hambatan. Karena proses pengelolaan perjalanan dinas luar perusahaan dan reimbursement biaya masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perubahan sistem yaitu dari sistem administrasi pengelolaan perjalanan dinas dan reimbursement dengan proses manual menjadi sistem informasi yang berbasis web. Dengan demikian maka semua proses dalam kegiatan pengelolaan perjalanan dinas dan reimbursement dapat dilakukan secara online, baik dalam proses pengajuan perjalanan, reimbursement biaya selama perjalanan maupun penyajian laporan, serta dilengkapi fitur SMS Gateway yang bertujuan memberikan informasi hasil dan perkembangan proses pengajuan reimbursement. Pendekatan pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram sebagai alat perancangan serta Bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySql sebagai alat bantu utama dalam membuat sistem yang akan dibangun. Kata kunci : Reimbursement, pengajuan perjalanan dinas, ABSTRACT SMS Gateway Application of information technology in the field of industry and offices is currently experiencing rapid growth, this is marked by the presence of various applications that can facilitate the work, especially in terms of administration. PT. NIPRESS ENERGI OTOMOTIF in order to improve the administrative process in terms of managing trips of foreign offices and reimbursement of expenses during the trip, special procedures and work instructions have been established to regulate them. However, ongoing administrative procedures have several obstacles. Because the process of managing the trip outside the company and reimbursement costs are still done manually. To overcome these problems required a system change that is from the administrative system of official travel management and reimbursement with the manual process into a web-based information system. And then all the processes in the office and reimbursement of trips management activities can be done online, both in the process of trips submission, reimbursement costs during the trips and presentation of reports, and features SMS Gateway that aims to provide information on the results and progress of the reimbursement submission process. System development approach using Waterfall model with use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram as design tool and programming language PHP and MySql database as main tool in making system to be built.
